*In case of not having a blog, you are open to publish your project from your Facebook/ Instagram/ Twitter accounts and make sure to link below. Re-post our blog/Facebook group challenge banner on your timeline.

Let Your Soul Fly High

Hi everyone,

I am Shreya Upadhyay showcasing my project based on our weekly challenge mood board. 

The hustle and bustle of everyday life can get to be very overwhelming.

Calmness is a state of mind and heart where you are at complete peace. You are free from any agitation and are not bound by any strong emotion. This is the most serene and the best position to be in, as you are able to function much better when calm. You are able to make better decisions. 

And that's what I am trying to say with my project calm yourself and let your soul fly high.

The higher your soul fly the closer you will be to your dreams.

So it's all about finding the calm in the chaos!
